This will be again a unique forum for the leading players of the Brazilian and International maritime, shipping, energy and mining industry to explore and examine common challenges. This conference titled “Mare Forum Brazil – Looking ahead III” will be the 5th edition in Brazil of a successful gathering where top international and Brazilian executives from all professions of the maritime, shipping, finance, oil, gas, industries and regulatory bodies are participating to network, discuss and learn what will, ánd need to be, the future of maritime Brazil.
The conference will focus on the current and future Brazilian trade and exports of iron ore, coal, oil, gas and other commodities, making an attempt to forecast the trends of the global and Brazilian economy, supply and demand of commodities; the changing trade patterns, the shipping capacities, shipbuilding, the offshore business; the financing and investment climate, the shipping innovation effects on ship-values and the environmental imperatives
The main sessions of the conference will deal with the future role of Brazil in the changing global economy, commodities prices, geopolitics, trade, oil, gas and other commodities exports, shipbuilding, offshore business, ports infrastructure, environment, inland shipping, maritime education and finance and investments in the Brazilian maritime industry.
The conference will take place in an open, stimulating, free-flowing environment with ambiance and informal discussions once again demonstrating the successful hallmark of the Mare Forum formula.
